Instructions

- Cream together the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.

- Stir in the light corn syrup, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Gradually mix in the dark cocoa powder and flour until the dough forms.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop generous balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

- While cooling, heat the heavy cream until just simmering, then mix in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
