- 1 pound Baby potatoes, halved

- 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes.
- Sear the beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef bites until browned on all sides.
- Make the garlic butter sauce: Mix melted butter, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Combine in the slow cooker: Add halved potatoes and seared beef to the slow cooker, then pour the garlic butter sauce and beef broth over them.
- Cook: Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is fork-tender.
- Rest before serving: Let sit for about 10 minutes after cooking to meld flavors.
