- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, mix together the halved baby potatoes and beef stew meat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and dried thyme over the top.
- Gently pour in the beef broth and stir to combine.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Serve directly from the slow cooker.
