- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: ketchup, mustard, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined with the beef.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each rectangle.
- Roll up the dough around the filling, placing it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops generously with garlic butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, garnished with optional toppings like ketchup, mustard, or pickles.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
