Description

Delicious rollups packed with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, wrapped in buttery crescent roll dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: ketchup, mustard, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined with the beef.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each rectangle.
  6. Roll up the dough around the filling, placing it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops generously with garlic butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with optional toppings like ketchup, mustard, or pickles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
