- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/2 cup garlic butter
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the garlic butter until melted and combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough and slice it into rectangles.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of shredded cheese on each rectangle.
- Roll up the dough around the filling and seal the edges.
- Place the rollups seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
