Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the garlic butter until melted and combined.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and slice it into rectangles.
  5. Place a portion of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of shredded cheese on each rectangle.
  6. Roll up the dough around the filling and seal the edges.
  7. Place the rollups seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
