- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 300 g (10 oz) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken in the garlic butter and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken for even browning. Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and texture. Adjust garlic to your preference.
