- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Season steak pieces generously with salt and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and sear until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
