Description

Tender steak pieces coated in a creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak pieces generously with salt and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and sear until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Consider pairing with mashed potatoes or sautéed vegetables for a well-rounded meal. Can store leftovers for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
