Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: None

Description

Indulgent and comforting steak bites in a creamy Parmesan sauce, served over perfectly cooked pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness, usually around 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s well blended and creamy.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta and steak bites in the creamy sauce until everything is well coated.
  7. Serve hot, adorned with fresh parsley for a pop of color.

Notes

For a spicier option, add sautéed jalapeños. Marinating steak bites in garlic butter beforehand enhances the flavor. Reserve some pasta cooking water for reheating the sauce.
