A luxurious dish featuring tender ribeye steaks bathed in rich garlic butter and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for any occasion.

- 4 pieces ribeye steaks (About 1 inch thick, 8 oz each)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until bubbling.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Turn the steaks with tongs, then add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream. Whisk continuously to deglaze the pan.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue whisking until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Slice the steaks and place on a serving dish. Drizzle the Parmesan cream sauce over the top and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
To keep leftovers fresh, store steak and sauce separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Consume within 3 days.
