- 1 cup fire-roasted red peppers, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the diced chicken and fire-roasted red peppers, cooking until heated through.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
