  • 2 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs (like rosemary, thyme, or basil)
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Add the warm water, sugar, and yeast to your bread machine. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Add olive oil, minced garlic, mixed herbs, salt, and bread flour to the yeast mixture.
  3. Select the dough cycle on your bread machine and start it up.
  4. Remove the dough from the bread machine and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Place the loaf in a greased baking pan, and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Bake the bread for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
