- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dipping sauces of choice (ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Season with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Open the tube of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a generous spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture into the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the tops with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
