Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Open the tube of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a generous spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture into the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
  7. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle the tops with grated parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
