Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 16 servings 1x
  • Diet: None

Description

Bite-sized pockets of savory goodness, bursting with seasoned ground beef and melting cheese, all wrapped in warm, buttery dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp garlic powder (plus 1 tsp for topping)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each one with your hands.
  4. Add a spoonful of beef and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese to the center of each biscuit. Pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  5. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Mix melted butter with the remaining garlic powder. Brush it over the warm bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Don’t overstuff the bombs; a perfect balance of filling is key to prevent bursting while baking.
