Description
Bite-sized pockets of savory goodness, bursting with seasoned ground beef and melting cheese, all wrapped in warm, buttery dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp garlic powder (plus 1 tsp for topping)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each one with your hands.
- Add a spoonful of beef and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese to the center of each biscuit. Pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter with the remaining garlic powder. Brush it over the warm bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Don’t overstuff the bombs; a perfect balance of filling is key to prevent bursting while baking.
