- 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart. Add 2 tsp garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until fully browned and drained.
- Roll out each biscuit and flatten it. Add a spoonful of beef and cheddar in the center, then fold and seal the biscuit.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix Parmesan cheese with 1 tsp garlic powder. Sprinkle over the bombs as soon as they come out of the oven.
Notes
Pair with a fresh garden salad or loaded fries. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
