Delicious cheesy and meaty snacks wrapped in fluffy biscuits, perfect for gatherings or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart. Add 2 tsp garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until fully browned and drained.
  3. Roll out each biscuit and flatten it. Add a spoonful of beef and cheddar in the center, then fold and seal the biscuit.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Mix Parmesan cheese with 1 tsp garlic powder. Sprinkle over the bombs as soon as they come out of the oven.

Notes

Pair with a fresh garden salad or loaded fries. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
