- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini preferred)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour the Buffalo Wild Wings sauce over the chicken.
- Add the minced garlic, then season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- While the sauce simmers, cook the pasta according to package instructions and then drain.
- Mix the cooked pasta into the crockpot until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
