Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini preferred)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the Buffalo Wild Wings sauce over the chicken.
  3. Add the minced garlic, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once done, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  6. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  8. While the sauce simmers, cook the pasta according to package instructions and then drain.
  9. Mix the cooked pasta into the crockpot until well combined.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
