- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season generously with salt, pepper, and oregano on both sides.
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and olive oil. Mix until well incorporated.
- Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating, and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
