Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim the ends of the green beans and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the green beans with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and return for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.
