- 4 large potatoes (russet or Yukon Gold)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Lay the wedges out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Once baked, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
