  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Lay the wedges out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Once baked, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
