Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wedges and toss to ensure they’re well-coated.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper; toss again to mix everything evenly.
- Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
