Description

Delicious and spooky Ghost Cookies topped with marshmallows and drizzled with melted white chocolate, perfect for Halloween celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Marshmallows
  • Melted white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Let cookies cool slightly.
  8. While cookies are still warm, press a marshmallow into the center of each cookie.
  9. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the marshmallows to create ghostly effects.
  10. Allow to set before serving and enjoy your spooky treat!
