- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- Marshmallows
- Melted white chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Let cookies cool slightly.
- While cookies are still warm, press a marshmallow into the center of each cookie.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the marshmallows to create ghostly effects.
- Allow to set before serving and enjoy your spooky treat!
