- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla; mix until incorporated.
- Combine the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Incorporate the chocolate chips into the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 11 to 15 minutes.
- Cool before transferring to a wire rack.
