- 14 oz beef kielbasa, sliced into chunks
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks (with juice reserved)
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice (from the canned pineapple)
- Plain toothpicks (soak in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sliced kielbasa pieces on the prepared sheet.
- Top each piece with a chunk of pineapple.
- In a bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and reserved pineapple juice until smooth.
- Brush this glaze over the kielbasa and pineapple bites generously.
- Insert a soaked toothpick into each bite.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
