- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Skewers (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper to create a glaze.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and pineapple chunks to the bowl, tossing to coat.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- If using skewers, thread the kielbasa and pineapple onto them.
- Grill or sauté the mixture for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and caramelized.
