Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Pour in the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place it in a warm area to rise for about 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the dough onto it, pressing to your desired thickness.
  6. Use your fingers to create dimples in the dough. Drizzle with more olive oil, then sprinkle with rosemary and coarse sea salt.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
