- 1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to the flour mixture.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for another 15 minutes.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
