Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
  5. On a baking sheet, place the flatbreads and spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce on each.
  6. Layer the sliced chicken on top of the tzatziki, followed by the feta cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  7. Bake again for an additional 5-7 minutes to warm the toppings.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and it’s ready to enjoy!

Notes

Serve with extra tzatziki sauce for dipping or a refreshing Greek salad on the side. Storing leftovers properly keeps them enjoyable for later.
