- 2 flatbreads
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- On a baking sheet, place the flatbreads and spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce on each.
- Layer the sliced chicken on top of the tzatziki, followed by the feta cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Bake again for an additional 5-7 minutes to warm the toppings.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and it’s ready to enjoy!
Notes
Serve with extra tzatziki sauce for dipping or a refreshing Greek salad on the side. Storing leftovers properly keeps them enjoyable for later.
