Description

A refreshing and healthy snack combining Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for any time of the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips or nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, honey (if desired), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
  2. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each compartment evenly.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top if desired.
  4. Transfer the molds to the freezer and let them freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid.
  5. Once frozen, carefully remove the bites from the molds and store them in a zip-top bag to keep them fresh.

Notes

These bites can be made with almond butter for nut allergies. Store in the freezer for 1-2 months.
