A refreshing and healthy snack combining Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for any time of the day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips or nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, honey (if desired), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each compartment evenly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top if desired.
- Transfer the molds to the freezer and let them freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid.
- Once frozen, carefully remove the bites from the molds and store them in a zip-top bag to keep them fresh.
Notes
These bites can be made with almond butter for nut allergies. Store in the freezer for 1-2 months.
