Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the trimmed green beans for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the blanched green beans, ensuring they’re well coated with the creamy mixture.
- Pour the green bean mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
