- 2 cans green beans (drained)
- 1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup fried onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle fried onions over the top, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the onions are golden.
Notes
For a healthier twist, use low-fat cream of mushroom soup and skim milk. Feel free to experiment with different types of soups or add sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
