Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle fried onions over the top, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the onions are golden.

Notes

For a healthier twist, use low-fat cream of mushroom soup and skim milk. Feel free to experiment with different types of soups or add sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
