- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, then drain excess grease and stir in taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until flexible.
- Assemble the burrito by laying a tortilla flat, adding rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
- Grill the burrito seam-side down in a skillet with melted cheese until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.
Notes
Feel free to swap ground beef for ground turkey or black beans for a vegetarian option. Customize fillings to suit your taste.
