Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, then drain excess grease and stir in taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until flexible.
  3. Assemble the burrito by laying a tortilla flat, adding rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
  4. Grill the burrito seam-side down in a skillet with melted cheese until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.

Notes
