  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Sour cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the diced onions until the onions are translucent (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Add in the minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder; sauté together for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, rolling them tightly before placing seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the enchilada sauce generously over the tortillas, ensuring they are well-coated.
