- Sour cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the diced onions until the onions are translucent (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add in the minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder; sauté together for another minute until fragrant.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, rolling them tightly before placing seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the enchilada sauce generously over the tortillas, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
