 - 8 oz rigatoni pasta
 - 1 cup tomato sauce
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 onion, diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
 - Fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
 - Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
 - Stir in the tomato sauce, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - In a separate pot, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and add to the skillet with the sauce.
 - Toss to combine, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
 - Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
