Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, stirring well, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Lower the heat, stir in the sour cream until heated through.
- Combine the meat mixture with the egg noodles; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnishing with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
