Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
  2. Add the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, stirring well, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  4. Lower the heat, stir in the sour cream until heated through.
  5. Combine the meat mixture with the egg noodles; mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnishing with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sauté onions and garlic with the ground beef. You can add fresh mushrooms for more texture.
