Description

Delicious and easy ground beef tacos that everyone can customize with their favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water to the skillet; stir and cook for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. While the beef is cooking, heat taco shells according to package instructions.
  4. Assemble tacos by placing ground beef in shells and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a variety of toppings for guests to customize their tacos. Can be stored separately for later.
