  • Diet: Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free

Description

A quick and satisfying one-pan dish featuring protein-packed ground chicken and vibrant broccoli, cooked with aromatic garlic and ginger.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep: Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the green onions.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken, breaking it apart, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add Veggies: Push chicken to the side, add garlic, ginger, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is vibrant yet crunchy.
  4. Sauce It Up: Pour in soy sauce and drizzle with sesame oil. Stir to coat everything, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Finish Up: Turn off the heat, sprinkle with green onions and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over rice or noodles, or with cauliflower rice for a lighter option. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for 2-3 days.
