Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground venison, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until evenly combined.
- Shape your meat mixture into a loaf and place it into a baking dish.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Once cooked, allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
