- Coconut oil (for greasing the pan)
- 4 cups of juice (any juice other than pineapple)
- 8 tablespoons of gelatin (recommended Vital Proteins)
Instructions
- Lightly grease an 8”x8” pan with coconut oil.
- In a wide bowl, combine 3 cups of your chosen juice and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let it bloom for 3-5 minutes.
- Heat the remaining cup of juice in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Mix the bloomed gelatin with the heated juice until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
- Once set, cut into squares or shapes and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a safe, freezer-friendly container.
