Spooktacular Halloween Eyeball Jello Shots that are fun, easy to make, and sure to impress at any party.
Ingredients

- 1 box black cherry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 can lychee fruit
- 1 package blueberries
- Whipped cream (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the black cherry Jello in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add the vodka and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until set.
- Once the jello has set, place a lychee fruit in each shot glass.
- Add a blueberry into the center of each lychee to create an ‘eyeball’ effect.
- Drizzle with whipped cream if desired, and serve chilled for a spooky treat.
Notes
For best results, keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Consider using flavored vodka for extra taste.
