Delicious Hawaiian Roll Cheeseburger Sliders combining sweet rolls with savory beef and cheese, perfect for gatherings and casual meals.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until browned.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  4. Add the cooked beef mixture on top, followed by shredded cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  8. Pull apart and serve warm.
