- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Add the cooked beef mixture on top, followed by shredded cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Pull apart and serve warm.
