- 1 egg

Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the unsweetened applesauce and egg to make the wet mixture.
- Merge the wet and dry mixtures, stirring until a uniform dough forms.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Scoop out small amounts of dough, roll into bite-sized balls, and spray each with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then roll in erythritol and cinnamon before serving.
Notes
Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes before shaping for better texture. For nut-free options, substitute almond flour with seed flour.
