Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (for creaminess)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat over medium heat and sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they become translucent.
  2. Add in the shredded chicken, rinsed white beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and chicken broth.
