Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Introduce the sliced zucchini to the skillet, stirring frequently until tender and slightly caramelized (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Pour the soy sauce over the zucchini, stirring to ensure each piece is well-coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
