Ingredients

  • 1 Just Bare (or similar) chicken filet
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook the chicken breast for 10-12 minutes, ensuring it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  3. While the chicken cooks, mix the cottage cheese and ranch dressing in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Once the chicken is done, chop it into bite-sized pieces and set it aside.
  5. In a serving dish, layer in the cottage cheese mixture, and top with the chopped chicken.
  6. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Place the dish in the microwave for 60 seconds to warm through.
