- 1 Just Bare (or similar) chicken filet
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp Ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Cook the chicken breast for 10-12 minutes, ensuring it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- While the chicken cooks, mix the cottage cheese and ranch dressing in a small bowl until well combined.
- Once the chicken is done, chop it into bite-sized pieces and set it aside.
- In a serving dish, layer in the cottage cheese mixture, and top with the chopped chicken.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the dish in the microwave for 60 seconds to warm through.
