- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 cups chopped lettuce, or 2 cups cooked quinoa, brown rice, or cauliflower rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup sliced dill pickles
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 strips cooked bacon
- Jalapeño slices (optional)
- 4 fried eggs (optional)
- ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until fully cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- While the meat cooks, chop your lettuce or prepare the quinoa, rice, or cauliflower rice if using.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes, dill pickles, red onion, and other optional toppings you desire.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until you reach a smooth consistency.
- In individual bowls, layer your base of choice, followed by a generous portion of the cooked meat, toppings, and shredded cheese. Drizzle with your delectable sauce.
- For an extra burst of flavor and protein, top each bowl with a fried egg, crispy bacon, or slices of avocado.
