Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread Greek yogurt evenly on one side of the low-carb tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the wedge of Laughing Cow cheese and ranch seasoning over the yogurt.
  4. Layer cooked chicken on top of the cheese and seasoning.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half, gently pressing down.
  6. Place the folded tortilla in the skillet.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it’s golden brown and crispy.
  8. Once done, remove it from heat, slice, and serve warm.
