- 1 low-carb tortilla
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Begin by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spread Greek yogurt evenly on one side of the low-carb tortilla.
- Sprinkle the wedge of Laughing Cow cheese and ranch seasoning over the yogurt.
- Layer cooked chicken on top of the cheese and seasoning.
- Fold the tortilla in half, gently pressing down.
- Place the folded tortilla in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it’s golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove it from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with guacamole, salsa, or a light salad for a complete meal. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
