- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, remove the beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Return the cooked pasta and browned beef to the skillet. Mix everything together until the pasta and meat are evenly coated with the creamy sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
Notes
Leftover pasta can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 days. Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating.
