Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, remove the beef and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Return the cooked pasta and browned beef to the skillet. Mix everything together until the pasta and meat are evenly coated with the creamy sauce.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.

Notes

Leftover pasta can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 days. Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating.
