Ingredients
- Whole wheat pizza dough
- Pepperoni slices
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares, about three inches on each side.
- Place a couple of pepperoni slices and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese onto each square.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to taste.
- Fold each square to form a roll and seal the edges well.
- Brush the tops with olive oil for a golden crust.
- Bake in your preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving!
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce and store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
