Description

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into squares, about three inches on each side.
  4. Place a couple of pepperoni slices and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese onto each square.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to taste.
  6. Fold each square to form a roll and seal the edges well.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil for a golden crust.
  8. Bake in your preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
  9. Allow them to cool slightly before serving!

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce and store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
