Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Dry Macaroni
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped White Onion
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers (Red, Green & Yellow)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 8 oz Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 4 slices Light Cheese Slices
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil water in a large pot, add salt, stir in the macaroni, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Beef: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the Veggies: Sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add bell peppers and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

  5. Combine: Fold cooked macaroni into the cheese mixture, ensuring all is coated. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
  6. Serve: Transfer to a bowl and garnish with parsley if desired. Enjoy immediately!
