Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, protein powder, sweetener, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Continuously stir until the mixture starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once thickened, remove from heat and let cool slightly before pouring into serving dishes.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
