- 4 medium potatoes, diced

- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- In your slow cooker, combine the beef, potatoes, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, then pour over the mixture in the slow cooker.
- Give everything a good stir to blend the flavors.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and flavors are well infused.
